Virtual staging for real estate photos
Send us the listing photos you already have; get back staged, buyer-ready versions the same day. Each photo returns 3 photorealistic variations in your chosen style, human-reviewed, with the original preserved for MLS disclosure.

Before — listing photo, empty room
After — staged for the listingStart from the photos you already have
No new shoot needed: upload the listing photos straight from your photographer or phone. The staging is built onto the actual image — same angle, same light, same room.
One style across the whole listing
Pick one furnishing style per photo and keep it consistent across the listing — buyers read a coherently staged home as professionally marketed. Nine styles cover everything from starter homes (Scandinavian) to premium (luxury).
Vacant, occupied, or mid-move — covered
Empty rooms get furnished, dated furniture gets restyled, and a seller's clutter gets digitally cleared. Three modes handle every listing condition you photograph.
MLS-safe by construction
The room's architecture and camera angle are never altered — only furnishings change — and you always receive the original. That's exactly the honesty MLS disclosure rules are built around.
Common questions
What real-estate photos work best for virtual staging?+
Wide-angle shots taken from a corner at chest height, lights on, whole room in frame — exactly what a listing photographer already delivers. Phone photos work too if they're level and well-lit.
Do you stage every photo of a listing or just the hero shot?+
Your call — pricing is per photo, so many agents stage the hero shot plus the 3–4 rooms that matter (living room, kitchen, primary bedroom) and leave hallways as-is.
How do I disclose virtual staging in a listing?+
Label staged images ('virtually staged') in the photo caption and keep originals available — that satisfies most MLS rules. We deliver your untouched originals with every order.
Can you work from my photographer's edited files?+
Yes — JPEG, PNG, WebP, or HEIC up to 30 MB. Staging is applied on top of the photo you upload, color grade and all.
