Does the room still look real?
Yes — the AI only adds or replaces furnishings. Walls, windows, doors, flooring, and the camera angle stay exactly as photographed — the model edits furnishings only.
Is virtual staging allowed on MLS listings?
Generally yes with disclosure — most MLSs require you to label virtually staged photos as such and keep the original available. Check your local MLS rules; we always deliver alongside your untouched original.
What kind of photo should I upload?
One wide-angle shot per room: shoot from a corner at chest height, keep the camera level, turn the lights on, and get the whole room in frame. At least 1024px on the long edge — any modern phone qualifies.
What if I don't like the result?
Every photo comes with 3 variations. If none of them work for you, reply to the delivery email and we'll restage in a different style at no charge.
How long do results take?
Generation starts when your upload finishes. The private gallery is emailed as soon as it is ready, usually within minutes.
Is my photo private?
Yes. Room photos stay in private storage. Gallery links are unguessable and expire. We do not publish your photos.
Can I use the images commercially?
Yes. The staged images are yours to use on listings and marketing, with the usual disclosure your MLS or platform requires.
Is there a free plan?
There is no free tier. Professionals can request one staged sample of a listing photo before they order.
Can I cancel?
You can leave checkout before you pay and nothing is charged. After payment, upload links are issued and generation runs when you upload.
