The service
WabiRoom turns the room photos you upload into AI-generated, virtually staged listing photos, reviewed by a human before delivery. Packs are priced per photo; payment is handled by Polar, our merchant of record, which issues your receipt.
Your responsibilities
Only upload photos you have the right to use. When you publish virtually staged photos in listings, disclose that they are virtually staged where your MLS, platform, or local law requires it — that obligation is yours. We may decline and refund orders that violate this.
What you get
You own the delivered staged photos and can use them anywhere — listings, websites, social, print. We don’t reuse them, publish them, or claim rights over them.
Quality promise & refunds
A human reviews every image before it ships. If the staging looks wrong or unrealistic, we restage at no charge; if you’re still not happy, reply to your delivery email within 14 days and we’ll refund that photo.
The honest fine print
AI-generated images can occasionally contain artifacts — that’s why a human reviews them, and why the restage-or-refund promise above exists. The service is provided as-is beyond that promise; our total liability is capped at what you paid. We may update these terms, and material changes will be announced by email.
