What we collect
When you buy a pack: your email, company name (optional), and payment confirmation from our payment provider — we never see or store card numbers. When you use an upload link: the room photos you upload and the staging options you choose. When you request a free sample: your name, email, and the photo link you share.
What the photos are used for
Uploaded room photos are used for exactly one thing: generating the staged variations you ordered. They are never used to train models, never sold, and never shown to anyone except our reviewer preparing your gallery.
How long things are kept
Source room photos are deleted automatically 30 days after delivery. Finished staged galleries stay available for 90 days so you can download them. Order records are kept for accounting.
Who processes data for us
Polar (payments, as merchant of record), Supabase (database), Cloudflare R2 (photo storage), fal.ai (AI image processing), Resend (email), and Vercel (hosting). Each receives only what its job requires.
Your choices
Want photos deleted earlier, a copy of your data, or your whole order erased? Reply to any of our emails and we’ll do it within a few business days.
